  • 2 cuts for 200 g steak
  • Salt and pepper

 

Method

  • Sprinkle the steaks with kitchen herbs
  • Put 2 pieces of meat into a preheated air fryer 390 F for 9 mins for a medium steak or 13 mins for a well-done steak

 

Hot Chips

Time for cooking: up to 18 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • Frozen bag of chips

 

Method

  • Place frozen chips into a preheated air fryer 390F for up to 18 mins.
  • Shake the basket during cooking

 

Roasted Dinner

Time for cooking: 40 mins

 

Ingredients

  • 2 lb fresh chicken
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper if needed

 

Method

  • Put chicken into a preheated air fryer on 390 F 40 mins
  • Add potatoes
  • Use oil to mix ingredients

You can marinate the chicken before cooking to make the meat softer. Cook potatoes for at least 20 mins long.

 

Crispy Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 reddish brown color potatoes
  • 1 glass water
  • 100 g cup canola oil
  • 20 g paprika
  • 10 g black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

 

Method

  • Scrub all potatoes and wash properly with water
  • Boil the water and place the potatoes inside
  • After cooking the potatoes, put them in the fridge to cool
  • Cut cold potatoes in wedges
  • Add oil and spices
  • Put potatoes in preheated air fryer 390˚F
  • Cook the batch for 10 mins, shaking the basket once

 

French Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 big potatoes
  • 20 ml olive oil

Replace oil with 20 g of butter

 

Method

  • Peel 2 potatoes and cut them in the shape of chips
  • Place strips in the cold water for 30 mins after drain
  • Put strips in preheated air fryer 320˚F
  • Add oil or butter and stir
  • Cook for 10 mins
  • Get potatoes done during 10-15 minutes until the golden color

 

Eggplant Fries

Time for preparation: 5 mins
Time for cooking: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 eggplant
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 pinch salt

 

Method

  • Preheat the air fryer up to 390°F
  • Cut eggplant to 3 inches
  • Mix cornstarch, eggplant, olive oil and water
  • Place mixture into the basket and leave for 20 mins

 

Zucchini Fries

Time for preparation: 5 mins
Time for cooking: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 4 medium size zucchini
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml cup water
  • 1-2 pinch salt

 

Method

  • Preheat the gadget to 390°F
  • Cut zucchini to any shape or size
  • Mix zucchini, cornstarch, olive oil and water
  • Place all the ingredients into the air fryer and cook for 15 mins

Cook zucchini till they become brown. If 15 mins is not enough, add 5 mins more

 

Parsnip Fries

Time for preparation: 5 mins
Time for cooking: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 6 medium size parsnips
  • The rest of ingredients same as in the previous recipe

Method: repeat the same instructions as in the recipes with eggplant or zucchini. Use 20 g of butter instead of olive oil for better flavour

 

Croquettes Potato

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 40 g flour
  • 40 g chives
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 40 ml vegetable or olive oil
  • 100 g breadcrumbs

 

Method

  • Cube the potatoes and boil them for 25 mins
  • Cook the potatoes cubes
  • Add the grated parmesan cheese, egg yolk, flour and chives to the potato
  • Sprinkle the ingredients with salt and pepper
  • Shape the mash into golf balls size
  • Envelop each potato ball into the flour, after eggs and the breadcrumbs in the end
  • Put the meal into the preheated air fryer 390F
  • Cook half portion of the for 12 mins and then start cooking the second half for the same amount of time

 

Potato Chips with Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 10 g garlic

Method

  • Roast 1 head of garlic with olive oil and salt in the aluminium foil for 20 mins in the preheated air fryer 390 F
  • Wash potatoes by scrubbing them under the water
  • Cut potatoes any shape you like
  • Soak slices of potatoes for 30 mins in a cold water
  • Mix potato with sour cream, rosemary salt and roasted garlic
  • Place potato and sauce in the preheated air fryer 320F and cook for 35 mins

Set the timer for 30 mins to make cooking more convenient

 

Sweet Potato with Yogurt

  • 4 big sweet potatoes

Method

  • Soak potatoes in water for 20 mins
  • Mix canola oil, water and cornstarch

  • Mix the yogurt with curry powder and salt

  • Soak raisins in a cup of boiling water
  • Cut cauliflower into 6-8 pieces
  • Mix pieces of cauliflower, olive oil, curry, and salt
  • Put half of a portion into the air fryer and cook for 15 mins

 

Prawns Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tiger prawns
  • 1 lb bacon

 

Method

  • Defrost bacon if needed
  • Peel tiger prawns
  • Envelop tiger prawns in bacon

  • Place the meal into the preheated air fryer 390 F and cook for 5 mins

Choose thin sliced bacon for the better taste of the meal.

Crab Croquettes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • ¼ cup red onions
  • ¼ cup red pepper
  • 2 tbsp celery
  • ¼ tsp tarragon
  • ¼ tsp chives
  • ½ tsp parsley
  • 2 egg whites
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

 

Method

  • Chop onion, pepper, celery, tarragon, chives and parsley
  • Mix olive oil, onions, peppers, and celery and cook it till the ingredients get juicy
  • Blend the breadcrumbs with salt
  • Separate eggs, breadcrumbs, and flour in three bowls
  • Shape crab meat to the size of golf balls
  • Envelop each ball in the flour, eggs, and then in the breadcrumbs
  • Cook the first portion of the crab croquettes 18 minutes in the air fryer 390 F
  • Serve the meal with with tarragon remoulade, drip lime juice, and add mayonnaise

Use lemon juice instead of lime and skip the mayo if you want your meal low-fat

 

Chicken Wings with Herbs

Jerk-Chicken-WingsServes: 6
Time for preparation: 15 mins
Time for cooking: 30 mins

 

Ingredients

  • 4 lb chicken wings
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 6 garlic heads
  • 1 habanero
  • 5 g cinnamon ground
  • 5 g white pepper
  • 10 g thyme
  • 20 g brown sugar
  • 20 g ginger
  • 100 ml fresh lime juice
  • 100 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt

 

Method

  • Chop garlic, habanero, thyme and ginger
  • Mix the seasoning with chicken wings
  • Add other ingredients to chicken wings and let them marinate for 2 hours
  • Place half the wings in preheated 390 F air fryer basket and cook 15 minutes
  • Make the second half of the portion, shaking the basket for even cooking

Add red chilli pepper instead of habanero.

 

Frank Rolls

Method

  • Drain the franks
  • Cut the dough into long strips

Ingredients for meatballs

  • 1 lb Lamb
  • 4 oz turkey
  • 20 g parsley

Ingredients for mint yogurt

  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 50 ml sour cream
  • 40 ml buttermilk

Method

  • Mash the turkey and lamb
  • Mix all ingredient with the mashed meat
  • Roll small balls and put them into the preheated air fryer 320 F and cook for 15 mins
  • While meatballs are cooking, combine all necessary ingredients for mint sauce

BBQ Sauté

  • Mix all ingredients without the meat
  • Skewer chicken tenders
  • Marinate the meat with flavouring for 2 hours
  • Place the meat into the preheated air fryer 390 F and cook for 18 mins

 

Halibut Glazed Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 lb halibut steak
  • ²/³ cup soya sauce

Method

  • Mix all ingredients to make marinade without the fish
  • Boil them and after cool
  • Put halibut with the marinade to the vacuum bag and refrigerate it for half an hour

The cooked fish tastes excellent with white rice.

 

Roasted Tomato with Feta and Pesto

  • ½ cup Olive oil

Method

  • Mix pine nuts, oil, salt and cook it in the preheated air fryer 390 F for 2 mins maximum
  • Start making pesto sauce
  • Chop parsley and basil
  • Mix greenery with parmesan
  • Add toasted pine nuts, garlic and salt
  • Slice tomatoes and feta into the same shape
  • Put pesto sauce between each slice of tomato and feta

Take smoked paprika for better flavour.

 

Pepperoni Pizza

Portabella-Pepperoni-PizzaTime for preparation: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 portabella cap
  • 20 ml olive or vegetable oil
  • 20 g crushed tomatoes with basil in can
  • 1 medium sized piece of mozzarella cheese
  • 4 sliced pepperoni
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g pinch dried Italian herbs

 

Method

  • Dip out the middle part of the portabella cap
  • Sprinkle the oil on top with salt and Italian herbs
  • Add tomatoes and mozzarella cheese
  • Place the meal into the preheated ait fryer 320 F and cook for 8 mins

Feta, Mushroom, Onion and Frittata

  • Sauté vegetables till they get juicy

Roasted Cornish Hen

  • Chop thyme and rosemary
  • Remove bones from hen using knife
  • Combine all ingredients for marinade and roll the hen in this mixture

You can also take lime zest. Better make a hen approximately 2 lb. The meal goes well with potato or fresh vegetable salad.

Steamed Salmon with Dill

  • 350 g salmon
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 50 g greek yogurt

  • Cut the salmon into 6 even pieces

  • Envelop each piece of salmon in oil
  • Add salt on top
  • Put salmon into the preheated air fryer 285 F for 10 mins
  • While cooking salmon, mix yogurt, sour cream, dill and salt
  • Serve done salmon with sauce

If you want to make the meal low-fat, choose sour cream and yogurt with the small percentage of fat. The dish tastes good with white rice.

 

Roasted Pork with Pineapple

Tiger Prawns with Rice

Ingredients for prawns

  • 1 lb prawns
  • 5 g cayenne pepper
  • 10 g old bay spices
  • 5 g smoked paprika

  • ½ cup jalapenos
  • 1 cup tomatoes

Method

  • Firstly combine all necessary ingredients for tiger prawns
  • After start making the rice

  • 150 ml coconut milk can
  • 50 ml evaporated milk
  • 50 ml sweetened condensed milk

  • 50 g cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 20 ml vegetable oil

 

Method

  • Grease the cups with vegetable oil
  • Mix sugar and water and boil it for about 10 mins
  • When the caramel in done, pour it into each cup
  • Combine the 3 milks with eggs and add egg yolks as the last step
  • Blend all ingredients and pour it into cups
  • Cover cups with foil and bake the dessert in the air fryer for 35 mins
  • Toast coconut flakes in the preheated air fryer 350 F for 5 mins
  • Add flakes on top as a decoration
